offers a reimbursement grant of up to $2,500 a year to public libraries that
contract for the professional services of an architectural firm for the
purposes of preparing a preliminary library building project feasibility study
or for preparing a proposal for major library architectural renovations or
improvements. The scope of a library building project or major
library architectural renovations or improvements must be greater than $25,000
