SCKLS member libraries are eligible to request up to 15 review copies free-of-charge for any book or material at your library that has received a formal complaint and will be formally reviewed by a library committee or board.  Please complete the following form for each book or material requested.  SCKLS will order and ship copies to your attention within 7 – 10 days.
