SCKLS provides limited consulting services and hardware/software support to assist member libraries in the use of current automation systems. This service provides leadership, advice, training, and consulting in the areas of automation planning, migration, and daily use of systems. SCKLS member libraries may choose any automation system that meets the needs of their library. SCKLS will provide limited support for automation systems that have a current vendor support contract.
