SCKLS does not offer support for financial or payroll solutions, except for assisting member libraries in acquiring a QuickBooks Online subscription through TechSoup.
Member libraries in need of financial services and support are advised to contact a qualified audit or accounting firm that is familiar with the Kansas Municipal Audit and Accounting Guide (KMAGG) and provides these services.
The implementation of a financial services solution or the migration to an alternative solution may qualify for a SCKLS Financial Software Training and Consulting Reimbursement Grant. Contact the SCKLS Director, for further information.
SCKLS may offer limited consultation and planning assistance in collaboration with a qualified financial services vendor chosen by a member library, upon request.
